How do I place an order?

  • Select a category - Choose the product of your choice

  • Create an account by registering or you can also proceed by entering your email id Note: if you register with us you will get the following benefits: -speeds up the ordering process -allows us to keep you informed about your orders and refund through email -access to Atyourdoor Credits
  • Carefully enter your shipping address
  • Enter the Welcome Voucher/Discount coupon codes as applicable.
  • Check the final price {COD/Shipping charges}. Select the payment option(COD) YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!
  • You will now receive a confirmation mail and from Team Atyourdoor.
  • You can check Order history in ‘My Account’ in case you had logged into your account while placing the Order.

 How will my order be delivered to me?

  • Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep

 How will I know if order is placed successfully?

  • Once your Order is successfully placed,you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from Atyourdoor.in This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

 Do you take orders over phone?

  • Yes. We do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash On Delivery only.

  How do I check the status of my order?

  • Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an sms and an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.

 Can I cancel my order?

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please SMS "CAN abcde" to 9044906426 (without the double-quotes and where abcde are the last five digits of your order number which you wish to cancel). As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
  • You can also get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number to raise a cancellation request.
  • If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same.

 I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?

  • You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.
    • Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
    • No, Bulk orders cannot be placed through Atyourdoor.in as the website only caters to end customers.
How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?
  • We encourage you try the items you bought, however please ensure the product is left in a re-saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing. Please note that all categories are not returnable. For more information please check our Return policies.

Do you allow exchanges ?

  • Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers too. Please read up our exchange policies for details.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

  • Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.

The order confirmation link in my SMS is not working/I don’t have Internet. What should I do?

  • Don’t worry. We will still call you to verify your mobile number. Alternatively, you may also call us for the same.

 Ordering:

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept payment only via "cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it.

  What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?

  • When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.

Are there any hidden charges?

  • There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Atyourdoor. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

 Why is tax being charged?

  • Tax represents Value added tax (VAT) or Central Sales Tax (CST) that is collected and deposited by Jabong to the government authorities.

 How is the tax amount calculated?

  • Atyourdoor is bearing tax for all products. However, in exceptional cases where the total discount (including sale discount, bundle discount, coupon discount); is 20% or higher; is applied and the applicable tax is greater than 5%, a flat 5% tax is collected on the paid price from customer and the balance tax amount is funded by Atyourdoor.

 Will tax amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?

  • Yes. In case of refund/cancellation the entire amount, including the tax collected, is returned. In case only a part of your order is returned, tax amount charged corresponding to those items also will be refunded.

 Do I need to pay tax again in case I exchange an item/order?

  • No.

 Shipping:

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
    Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
    Delivery within 24 hours
    Your order will typically reach your doorstep within 24 hours or 1 business days if it is being shipped to the following areas:
    Lucknow (Delivery within hours in select locations.

 Are there any shipping charges?

  •  Atyourdoor provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs. 500/- or more. Otherwise Rs. 30/- is charged as delivery charges.

Why is the delivery time different for different products?

  • Some products in our catalogue are directly shipped from these partner locations. These are marked as "Sold by Partner" and usually take 2-3 business days to reach your doorstep.

 Why did I receive a partial Order?

  • Please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery time are shipped to you separately so please dont worry your item is on its way.
    In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch, and don't have an alternate QC passed item. In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the product/s unless cancelled by you.
    In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase we will refund you the payment made towards that item.

 I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?

  • We, at Atyourdoor take immense pride in being lightening fast. The current logistics infrastructure in Lucknow today doesn't allow us to expedite further at this time.

 Tracking:

I used my tracking number to check the details my shipment but the information is not clear to me.

  • Courier companies use certain standard abbreviations and terminologies. Some of the most commonly used terms are explained below. If it didn't answer your question please call us.

I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?

  • If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

Returns & Refunds:

  • What is Atyourdoor.in's Returns policy?

Cancellation & Return Policy

  • As our all items are packaged items. You can check all items once delivery comes to your door.Our delivery person will wait for your approval until you check each item. If you find any item inappropriate, please inform our deliver person. In case of grocery items, we don't return items back once its successfully delivered. If any shipping charges involved, won't be refunded.

    If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items 

    Order can be cancelled within 2 hours after placing an order. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Atyourdoor.in has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Atyourdoor.in and accept Atyourdoor.in decision regarding the cancellation. 

    Atyourdoor.in will not be liable to pay/refund, any charges by bank at the time of processing the payment at the time of refund processing. 

    Atyourdoor.in will not refund the amount charged to it as instrument bouncing charges on processing of refund.
